European careers,
without barriers.
Talent has no standard interface. We are building EuroVacancyRadar so candidates can find, understand and act on opportunities using the display, keyboard and assistive technology that works for them.
Same vacancies
Accessibility preferences use the same pages, current data and application links. There is no secondary website to fall behind.
Your view
Clear View, high contrast, reading comfort and reduced motion can be combined. Preferences stay on your device until reset.
Built in
Keyboard access, meaningful structure, visible focus and screen-reader support are product requirements—not an automated overlay.
Accessible by design.
Personal by choice.
We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the relevant requirements of EN 301 549. We test representative journeys with automated tools, keyboard navigation, zoom and screen-reader checks.
Current support includes semantic headings and landmarks, labelled forms, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, visible keyboard focus, adaptable contrast and the Job4All preference panel.
Accessibility is continuous work.
Some official vacancy notices and linked application systems are operated by third parties and may not meet the same standard. Map interaction is optional; a complete location list is available on the homepage. AI-assisted vacancy summaries can simplify structure but never replace the official notice.
