Public browsing

Vacancy listings are free to browse without an account. Standard security logs may contain IP address, browser type and requested URL. We use them to protect and operate the service.

Accounts and alerts

When you register, we store your email address, password hash, verification state, alert rules and delivery history. We process these details to provide the account and notifications you request. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Cookies and outside services

EuroVacancyRadar uses a security session cookie for sign-in, CSRF protection and account functions. It has no advertising cookies. Google Fonts and Fontshare may receive normal request metadata when serving web fonts. The configured email provider processes addresses and message delivery data only to send verification and alert emails.

Applications

EuroVacancyRadar does not receive CVs or applications. Apply links lead to the institution or original vacancy source, whose privacy terms then apply.

Your controls

You can pause or delete any alert. Account settings let you permanently delete your account, alerts and delivery history. You may also request access, correction, restriction or portability at [email protected].

Retention and contact

Account data remains until you delete the account. Short-lived operational logs and email delivery records may remain where required for security, reliability or legal obligations. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions.
