General terms
and conditions.
Rules for using EuroVacancyRadar's public vacancy search, accounts, alerts and support services.
Effective and last updated 1 September 2026
Operator and acceptance
EuroVacancyRadar is published and operated by Capritora SRL, a Belgian limited liability company. These terms apply when you browse the website, create an account, configure alerts, contact support or otherwise use the service. By using EuroVacancyRadar, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
The service
EuroVacancyRadar is a free, independent vacancy discovery and notification service. It structures publicly available vacancies from European institutions, agencies, bodies, joint undertakings and other relevant employers. Current public browsing, account and alert functions are provided without a candidate fee. Any future paid service will be presented with separate pricing and applicable terms before purchase.
EuroVacancyRadar is not an EU institution, recruitment authority, employment agency or representative of any listed employer.
Official sources always prevail
We work to keep vacancy data useful and current, but source pages may change, contain errors, become unavailable or be updated after collection. Titles, summaries, translations, classifications, salary context, deadlines and AI-assisted Radar Briefs are informational aids. The original vacancy notice and the recruiting employer's instructions are authoritative. You must verify eligibility, deadline, required documents and application procedure on the official source before acting.
Accounts and security
You must provide a valid email address, keep credentials confidential and use the account only for lawful personal or professional vacancy research. You remain responsible for activity under your account. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account to protect the service, investigate abuse or enforce these terms.
Alerts and delivery
Alerts are a convenience, not a guaranteed notification service. Matching depends on the criteria you select and data available to us. Messages can be delayed, filtered or rejected by email providers. A missing or late alert does not extend an employer's deadline. Check official sources directly when a deadline matters.
Applications and outside services
EuroVacancyRadar does not accept applications, CVs or recruitment documents. Apply links lead to third-party websites. Their availability, content, accessibility, privacy rules and recruitment decisions remain their responsibility. A link does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, create deceptive accounts, send unlawful content, impersonate others, distribute malware or use automated traffic that degrades the service. Normal search-engine indexing and reasonable personal use are permitted. Systematic extraction, republication or resale of our structured database, enrichment or design requires written permission.
Intellectual property
EuroVacancyRadar's software, design, taxonomy, database structure, original explanations and enrichment are protected by applicable intellectual-property and database laws. Employers and source publishers retain rights in their names, logos and original notices. You may link to public pages and quote short extracts with attribution, but may not reproduce a substantial part of our service or present it as your own.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, limit or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The effective date appears above. Material changes affecting registered users may also be communicated through the service or by email.
Responsibility and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Capritora SRL is not responsible for recruitment decisions, missed deadlines, inaccurate third-party notices, email delivery failures or indirect loss arising from reliance on informational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer protections.
Privacy
Personal-data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords, identity documents, CVs or unnecessary sensitive information through contact, support or issue-reporting tools.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by Belgian law, without removing any mandatory protection available under the law applicable to you. Courts are determined under applicable jurisdiction rules. Questions can be sent to [email protected] or through the contact page.
