This role supports IEEP's external visibility and strategic engagement in European environmental policy.
What you would do
- Play a key role in the day-to-day delivery and coordination of IEEP's communications activities
Eligibility snapshot
Must have
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in communications, preferably within the EU policy, sustainability, think-tank, NGO or related environment
- An interest in European environmental and sustainability policy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional or native-level written and spoken English
- Knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress and Elementor is necessary
- Experience producing and editing content for websites, newsletters and social media
- Experience creating engaging visual content and promotional materials for digital channels
- Ability to work effectively in a small, international and fast-paced organisation
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in communications, preferably within the EU policy, sustainability, think-tank, NGO or related environment;
Advantageous
- Good knowledge of digital communications tools and platforms; experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite and mass-mailing/newsletter platforms would be an advantage
Contract and workplace context
Temporary-agent post. Contract duration, renewal, probation and grade conditions remain governed by the official notice.
