Your Role
As a Junior Finance and Administration Manager, you will support All Digital’s management team in accounting, HR and office management operations, contributing to the smooth and compliant administration of the organisation and its projects. You will work closely with the CEO and senior team members, gaining hands-on experience in finance, recruitment, team management and general administration.
You will:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including invoices, payments, and expense allocation
Support budget planning, monitoring, and financial reporting for the organisation and its projects
Track cash flow, payroll, and staff working hours to ensure accuracy and compliance
Coordinate recruitment procedures and help organise internal team activities
Liaise with the accountant, auditor, and key service providers (landlord, financial controller, telecom, IT, etc.)
Oversee office administration and basic IT coordination, ensuring equipment and supplies are up to date
You will be coached by the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with senior team members in project and communication units.
Candidate profile
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 1–3 years of experience in finance, administration, or office management, ideally in an NGO or EU-funded context
Understands basic financial principles and is eager to learn accounting rules and financial reporting and budgeting
Speaks English fluently and French or Dutch (both are an asset)

Contract and growth opportunities
This is a Contrat d’Immersion Professionnelle for 6 months, with the possibility of renewal. You will receive a monthly allowance of 1.116,81 € and work from our Brussels office located in the European Quarter, with some flexibility for remote work depending on business needs.
