Seconded National Experts work at EUSPA while remaining employed and paid by their national administration, contributing advanced experience from National Administrations. The application must be submitted by the Permanent Representation of the Member State that intends to second.
SNEs enable EUSPA to access advanced experience from National Administrations and foster effective working relationships between Member States’ administrations and the Agency.

Must have
- Be a staff member from a Public Administration.
- Remain in the service of the national employer and continue to be paid national salary by that employer.
- Application must be submitted by the Permanent Representation of the Member State that intends to second.
