Radar brief
This is an eight-month maternity cover role coordinating IEEP's communications, including editorial planning, websites, newsletters, social media, and visual content, requiring at least two years of communications experience and knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, and Elementor.
What you would do
- Coordinate and maintain editorial planning with research teams.
- Coordinate and update IEEP's websites and support content publication.
- Coordinate the monthly newsletter.
- Support social media channel management.
- Design visuals and promotional materials for digital channels.
- Support relationships with external communications services and agencies.
- Support communications for Think Sustainable Europe Network, Think2030, and Green Trade Network.
- Monitor and report analytics and performance data.
Eligibility snapshot
Must have
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in communications, preferably within EU policy, sustainability, think-tank, NGO or related environment.
- Interest in European environmental and sustainability policy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional or native-level English.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress and Elementor is necessary.
- Experience producing and editing content for websites, newsletters and social media.
- Experience creating engaging visual content and promotional materials for digital channels.
- Ability to work effectively in a small, international and fast-paced organisation.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in communications, preferably within the EU policy, sustainability, think-tank, NGO or related environment;
Advantageous
- Good knowledge of digital communications tools and platforms; experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite and mass-mailing/newsletter platforms would be an advantage.
- Experience creating engaging visual content and promotional materials for digital channels;
- Ability to work effectively in a small, international and fast-paced organisation.
